Pretty tough to have all 3 long season detroit teams rebuilding simultaneously. And the only one that is definitely being ran competently is the Red Wings.

Pistons are putting all their eggs in this offseason

I hope Harris can do some things but leaving the franchise to AA for 7 years was an abysmal mistake
If Bridges hadn’t beat his baby mommas ass the Pistons most likely would’ve been watchable this year. I’m assuming they would’ve signed him. And not went full tank since November.

Gonna be a long road to mediocre for the Tigers. There isn’t much help coming from
the minors and I’m not all that confident they can create a lineup from free agents next off season.

The injuries to their young pitching was devastating. They at least had that going.

Twins get the job done and sweep a series that they should have. I would feel for the Royals, but they've gotten over the top way more recently then anyone else in the division has, so they can enjoy the cellar for the next decade for all I care.

Tomorrow will be the first real test for Twins. The ace of the NL while we are throwing Maeda in his first start since late 2021.

Luckily we have all of our key bullpen arms available.

Hopefully Kepler injury isnt too bad. Hes been disappointing. But the difference betwen him and Nick fucking Gordon in the OF is glaring.

Time to stop hoping Plesac gets to what he was years ago. He’s had too many chances. Time to dump this dope. No movement on his fastball at 91 throwing it right down the middle. A hitter’s wet dream

Detroit wins 2 in a row.

Time for one of their starters to blow an arm out.

Encouraged at them finally getting hits

Indians have 2 losses. Karinchak blows both of them. I don’t understand how this guy is still the set up guy. Awful control and he always gets in jams.
Stephan should be in that role

Have to say its really fun watching that tool suck.

Anyone with half a brain knew he was screwed with no sticky stuff and time restriction to throw the ball within a 24 hour window. All gimmick.

Unfortunately for the division I think Tito will wise up soon and go to one of the Guardians good arms late in games.

I don't blame you for hating him or another fan of a rival team. He gets in a huge jam then screams when he gets off the mound. I get that is a tool to hype himself up but he hasn't been the same pitcher. Stephan is signed long-term and a better option. Move Karinchak to a short reliever role. I just hate seeing him in big situations at the end of the game.

Yeah I think its a lot of the ways Ive seen him show emotion(usually like you said its self induced jams as well) while also having his annoying tendencies and taking 3 minutes to throw the ball.

Typically I love players showing emotion it adds to the game and makes a mid june game more exciting than it has any right being. Hes just one that has annoyed me. Naylor a bit of a unearned cocky prick too ha. But for most part I dont give a shit if guys show some emotion.

Make rivalries way better too.

Sort of like using Pagan in high-leverage situations last year? Unfortunately, Baldelli didn't stop using him,

Fucking BP nearly blew another game. Took 2 out of 3 but Oakland is terrible. BP shaky early in the season and Tito still trying to find a good BP rotation

Twins are 6-2 with a 2nd consecutive win against the Astros. I do not expect the Twins to run away with the AL Central, but I do expect them to be in contention the entire season.

6-3. The thing I noticed today is that Houston (being concerned at their recent struggles at the plate) was out taking live Batting Practice. I have never once seen the Twins take live BP on a Sunday morning in 13 seasons of working as a bartender at Target Field.

Mahle did not look sharp either.
