Rocco Baldelli needs to be fucking shot in the fucking face.

The Twins literally even with the injuries win this game by 10 if any mentally handicapped person in the US is chosen at random to manage this teamd

An absolute embarrasment to the sport and the human race that this guy gets paid millions.

Oh, good. Then they might pull the trigger.

LOL hes so fucking gone.

Honestly, I think its one of those things were Falvey/Levine go to if they dont get rid of him.

So,

All the Twins have to do is win 4 out of 5 in Cleveland to be 1 game back afterwrds?!?!

Sounds doable! Only have to start with McKenzie and Bieber again!
schedule did help Cleveland with how the SP lined up......all though having to start like their 9th best starter against the White Sox yesterday was not ideal.

Still got a lot of games.

Francona vs Baldelli is the biggest mismatch in sports history
Francona has been so important.

Obviously he knows the game and pushes the right buttons----- but honestly I think his most important contribution by far is how much confidence he gives the young guys.

Without Francona I do not know if the Guardians are .500 this year considering they have had 16 games make their major league debuts.

I gotta think he will be a strong candidate for Manager of the Year.

They both should have very hot seats themselves. Keeping Pagan on the roster to try to justify that terrible trade is just as egregious as the trade itself.

Another massive issue with this Twins team is double play balls. They hit into so fucking many. Ursehla, Correa and Miranda main culprits.

And it plays into an issue that has been a organizational thing for a long time which is a god awful ability to work counts and put pitchers away.

Last night McKenzie threw 24 pitches in the first inning. First two batters of the 2nd inning do a weak pop out and ground out in 3 pitches.

Overall McKenzie had 61 pitches and 3 runs allowed through 4 innings. He ended up going 7 giving up 3 runs on 89 pitches. With 5 games in 4 days, we had a chance to get to their bullpen and instead saw 28 pitches in 3 fucking innings. You could quite literally make the decision to after the 4th inning not swing the bat ever again, and McKenzie would of had to throw more pitches.

Fucking terrible approach and baseball IQ when youre tossing out a minor league lineup.

Insane 15 inning game. 2nd of a doubleheader. No team wanted to win for 7 innings. Rosario had 9 hits today. Raised his batting average 8 points lol

I went to the game with my brother and 2 friends.

My brother went to the first game of the doublheader with some of his work friends- and was really drunk and tired and we left in the 8th inning at the beginning of the Twins rally.

Honestly- I couldnt of imagined sticking around till the 15th.

7 games up on the Twins.

I think, even for a Cleveland fan, its safe to say they can book their golf rounds for October.

4.5 up on the White Sox.

Lets hope the Twins play with some pride and beat the White Sox a few times down the stretch.

such a streaky team the Guardians- go from a 5 game losing streak into winning 9 of 10.

8 hits

That last play to end the game was about as textbook of an error as humanly possible.

Couple more things on this shit season.

For as bad as our manger and front office are. We do probably win this division by about 8 games(since White Sox didnt both showing up this year) if our injuries are even cut in half. Weve been playing big games against Cleveland the last couple weeks not with 2nd and 3rd stringers. But literally 4th and 5 options at positions. Spring training linueps nightly

And also, boy do the Guardians have some guys on their team that need to get their fucking asses beat. Namely Naylor. Like 6 days a week. What a douchebag. Fat fuck should lose some weight and maybe hed be as good as he thinks he is.

The Twins didn't waste a good start by Joe Ryan today. The offense did just enough to win the game 3-0.

Yeah, it is too little, too late. We needed 4 or 5. We get 1 or 2. They would have to historically collapse for us to even think about crawling back into this thing.

You do realize the Guardians have the youngest roster in the league, their roster is younger than most minor league squads. So basically the Twins are getting beat by a bunch of kids

You act like the Twins are old haha.

Wait so youre saying the Twins minor leaguers are getting beat by a bunch of kids?? Haha.

Again, the Twins are on their 5th stringers.

They are trotting out outfields of Cave/Celestino/Contreras. They are playing guys in positions they never even played

THe twins are so out of bodies they are not just inexperienced but they had to go to the 5th string options in the minor leagues.

Also your logic here is like saying Twins should be embarrased if Sandy Leon can't out hit Julio Rodriquez, because well....age.

True. I can think of about 10 losses that came directly from poor management of the bullpen. The Twins should have 85 wins already.
