We need Mahle and Ober back so bad. And get Smeltzer up here.

Archer is fucking trash. Absolutely destroys the pen every night out.

Gordon has done pretty well when he plays regularly.
I agree about Archer, Mahle, Ober and Smeltzer. Use Pagan very sparingly. Fulmer was a good pick up. I like Lopez as well. If things work out right, and Maeda comes back next year, the Twins could have a decent pitching staff.

Carlos Correa is a fucking bum. Hes literally not had a clutch hit all fucking season. Who the fuck is gonna pay this guy when he opts out. Fucking scrub.

Seriously fuck that guy. Back to back innings. BUM. Game ending double play. BUM.

Arraez while he had a homer is hitting like shit too. Way too many lazy fly balls and his failure to move runners is why Correa hit into DP.

Idiotic base running by Gordon, like braindead level. But cant fault him right now with him supply actual offense.

FUCK CORREA

What would have been wrong with Arraez bunting there? Then, no double play, and Correa only needs to get the ball past the pitcher to score the tying run, without Bogaerts making an excellent play.
And, I doubt if Correa opts out. No one else will pay him $35MM for next year.

Smart logical move would be to bunt, shit they probably walk Correa and we get the better hitter Miranda up anyways.

But I get Rocco's thinking. Even if Arraez is mostly struggling lately, hes still looking to be the batting champ. Tough to call for a bunt. Arraez should know in that situation lunging on a 2-1 pitch to swat a lazy fly to left is bad though.

Ultimately the loss falls squarely on Correa. He simply has not delivered and he didnt even allow Miranda a shot.

Just saw Alex Hassan is your farm director. I remember following him as a prospect.

Bunting the AL batting leader would usually be a strange move. In hindsight, you'd be right. We pay Correa to come through there.

I hope Boras convinces Correa to opt out because of his overwhelming greed.

Baldumbass strikes again in a massive divisional game. Duran threw 10 pitches in the 7th inning. Instead of bringing your best arm back out there in brings in Thielbar against a team that loves lefties.

Did that dipshit really think Jimenez wouldnt hit for Sheets? Luckily got him out.

Sadly, Grandal still went yard to tie the game.

Guy is a fucking baboon.

I firmly believe that Molitor has this team in first place by at least 5 or 6 games. Rocco The Robot needs to go.

There is just no reason for the decisions he makes. None whatsoever. Why yank Bundy after 5 innings when his pitch count is in the 60s? He insists on bringing in so many pitchers every damn game that you are eventually going to find a guy who's having a bad day and then gets shelled.

It only makes sense if you have a top 5 bullpen. We obviously don't. At least let Bundy start the 6th. Or Jax start the 7th.

Fulmer didn't have it today and he got lucky that Duran was able to bail him out. But now we won't have Duran available tomorrow against the Yankees since he had to get 5 outs.

At least Duran was allowed to get 5 outs this time.

We win this series if Rocco doesnt randomly pull him Friday

Louie Varland makes his major league debut today in the Bronx. I can think of a lot better places to do so, but lets see what the kid can do. I've seen him pitch a couple of times and he does have good stuff.

Absolutely embarrassing. I wasn't expecting more than 1 win, maybe 2, in the Bronx, but now that we're on the verge of getting swept, this is looking like Chinatown. Nothing we can do.

The Twins actually pulled one out. Bases loaded, no outs in the bottom of the 9th and the Yankees didn't score. Fulmer pitched well when he needed to.
This said, I didn't like the way Baldelli used the pen tonight. Lopez should get the 9th, not the 8th. That should have been Fulmer's inning.

I had no idea Cle blew the game last night to KC. So the win tonight has us only 1.5 back in the 3 game set.

The absolute choke job yesterday afternoon killed but i was expecting 1-3 coming in.

Sox going 2-1 against the M's was not expected though and pasting the A's tonight puts them at 3-1 during the stretch. Guardians 2-1 vs KC was expected.

I mean what do you expect when its the Guardians 3 best and only healthy ptichers against Bundy/Archer/TBA this weekend.

But imediate death.

Fat fuck Bundy has his heel get in the way of a inning ending DP. Guardians go on to score 4 in the 1st. Game over.
