They need both minimum and maximum cap, it's a joke that teams play on a unlevel playing field. I don't watch any game besides the Indians games. It's a joke that only the big city teams bid on these high caliber foreign players, It should be like the NBA, you have to register for the draft.

Yeah, feels like we're kinda reaching a point of something needs to be done here when the Dodgers can just roll out deferments left and right with little to no consequence meanwhile the only thing that gets the A's to spend anything is when the union threatens a grievance.

Two teams are playing their games in minor league parks this coming season.

I’m in favor of zero teams doing that.

Carlos can absolutely still pick it. I never realized how good of a fielder that he was until last season. He saved probably 12-14 throwing errors that weaker 1st Basemen would have let get by them. And that's just in the games I saw.

Guy is still streaky at the plate, but Cleveland's pitchers will love having him back.
