Apparently, the guy choked her, dragged her down the driveway by her feet, and pressed a gun to her head telling her "I don't care. I'll end it all" and left the house before police could arrive...

Yikes...

He’ll fit right in…..

Ouch. Usually I got some smartass or goofy thing to say but not this time. That scumbag Watson is enough of a headache. Don't need another asshole on the sideline.

Agree, there is no room for this behavior anywhere…..

Crazy how quickly things can change with a prospect. What an idiot.

FWIW, I thought Hall was a great prospect & draft pick prior to this.

I love this thread and the way the AFC North fans fuck with each other.
I think we do a good job of being honestly objective about our own teams. We can hold serious conversations without it going completely off the rails (usually) as we all have a healthy respect for one another. It is also, likely, why we are able to poke fun at one another without getting our panties in a wad...

It also helps that, other than a few years here or there, since 2012 the majority of the teams in the AFCN have had some really good years. Since 2012 - The Ravens have won the division 4 times. Steelers 4 times. Bengals 4 times. With that, the Ravens have the lone SB win, to go with an AFC Title and AFC runner up last year. The Steelers have reached the AFC Title game once. Bengals have reached the AFC Title game twice with a AFC Title win and a SB appearance.

Sorry Browns...

This. Its definitely a respect thing. I'd like to say we always have it in here, but the few that didn't were weeded out (through their own self-inflicted demise, not necessarily in here).

Thread started out as my hate diary of sorts. I just love to talk shit but its all in good fun

But its different sort of respect for the Browns. They are having more success as of late, but I still can't shake viewing them as the little kid sitting at the adult table.

About the only subject we all seem divided & riled about is Cincinnati cuisine. lol.

I think it's a lot like the Bengals in those first years of Burrow - you have to go out there and win, and have some post-season success. Even under Marvin, the Bengals were making the playoffs (5 times, IIRC)...and yet...zero wins.

Having that SB run was key, but following it up the next year with another AFCN final run was what really solidified it.

I think for the Brows, who DO have a solid roster...they need a post-season win...they need to show they can get it done in Prime Time.

Right now, they are the team equivalent of Andy Dalton. Great at 1pm on Sundays...but put him on Prime Time/Playoffs....just never seemed to get over the hump.

Except where Baker Mayfield undressed the Steelers in the playoffs a couple years ago, and damn near beat the Chiefs if not for a backup QB getting a first down scramble on 3rd and long to end the game. The Browns just chose poorly I think going after Watson, but to be fair, Mayfield was kind of inconsistent and you are wondering if he is on his way down, on on his way up. It was a complicated situation to be in, so when they saw a chance they jumped, but unfortunately, to this point has not panned out the way the had hoped. Maybe this year will be the year, but damn this division and conference are tough as freaking nails.
