Sorry Browns fans, but I don't see this as much of a debate right now.

A 0.5 sack & some QB hits is all you can stake claim on. But Garrett has played the entire season with no bye yet, and TJ has missed 6 quarters & had a bye (6.5 games played this season) and has amassed pretty much the same sack total... But on a per game basis, Watt takes the cake here & it isn't very close.

Garrett:
9 games played
33 tackles
12 sacks
12 TFL
0 FFs
1 PD
23 QB hits

Watt:
6.5 games played
34 tackles
11.5 sacks
11 TFL
3 FFs
4 PD
18 QB hits

Actually Garrett plays less snaps per game

Watt -
85.4% per game (ignoring the half game against LV, where he only had 25% of the def snaps because of injury)
359 total snaps

Garrett -
76.4% per game
448 total snaps

And now that Ingram is gone its a guarantee that Watt's percentages increase. 90.3% against the Bears, and that is the first time he scratched the 90th percentile. Prior to that it was all mid to low 80s.

Same here I am surprised he plays that much but why not. Not like there is much depth behind him.

Another item I am shocked about, in that graph is shows Tak McKinley. I had no clue he was still in the NFL, his best NFL performance was his emotions at the draft.

Like seeing Rashan Gary in upper right quadrant. He has developed fairly well now in 3rd year.

I noticed that and got a good chuckle..... Parody is dead on many people.
Sarcasm doesn't quite translate across technology... But I'm a trained smartass that is surrounded by bigger smartasses, so I'm always on the lookout.

I do recall some Pack fans being quite upset about that pick.

Yeah.... some not so happy.

Guy puts in all the work and has the right attitude from all the stories I have seen, so hope he continues to improve.

Could be one of the better Packers drafts in recent years... Gary and Savage in 1st round and Jenkins (Pro Bowl 2020) in 2nd round.

Agreed. Browns we’re already top of the league in OL salary cap, and now this. Getting Baker extended to a $40m per year deal is going to be tough. But I hope they back the Brinks truck up for him to unload. Tie him up long term please

Actually I felt the exact opposite. Baker fits the system and having two great guards is what they need going forward. Baker isn't going anywhere, if he did it would surprise the shit out of me.

It's not a coincidence they signed their two OG's right after OBJ leaves.

No it won't bc this is what Berry planned from the start. He wanted to build the OL. He got two RB's on team-friendly deals. OBJ gone, Landry will probably be gone next year OR they will restructure his contract. The cap is going to take a serious jump and the Browns will have plenty of money to sign Baker and Ward.

"Berry and the Browns still have over $20 million in cap space available for 2021, the fourth-most in the league. But that ranking drops to 25th for 2022, and the Browns have several key players — Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb, Denzel Ward — who will be looking for big contract extensions.

The record-setting bump of over $25 million added to the 2022 cap for all teams gives the Browns a lot more room to operate. Cleveland can also rollover any of the excess cap figure it holds in 2021 to create even more space."
