I would like to issue a retraction -

A few weeks ago a well known poster (and famous failed sports prognosticator) stated that it would be a "coin-flip" on who would face New England in the Super Bowl - either Dallas or Detroit. I admit to misunderstanding this "players" message, as he is often an out of his head homer. I understand now that what he meant was that if you flip a coin in the air, and it does not come down, the Detroit Lions will be in a the Super Bowl.

I also know realize that he also meant that Mathew Stafford will be the NFL MVP when Jabrill Peppers wins the Heisman Trophy.

Doug, I realize that you don't know your ass from a hole in the ground, when it comes to baseball....but do you have any comments about the the Detroit Tigers' 'Top Prospects' or their minor league in general?

@There is A Moose at 3rd, as a fan of a team with four straight playoff berths that averaged 80 wins its next two seasons, I'd defer to doug as to knowing when a team's window has closed.
