BTW....looking at the W/L columns in the standings, I can see that Brad Ausmus did something right in (at least) 79 games this season.

I see the offense struggling and a lousy bullpen, and some pretty shitty starting pitchers. I don't think that can be all the fault of the manager. I think the REAL PROBLEM is...SOMEONE was dumb enough to GUARANTEE that the Tigers would win the AL Central, and now that SOMEONE is here, making up lame excuses as to why he was WRONG. Just a damn shame he can't man-up, grab what sack he has, and admit to a mistake. Again - a pity.
