Cook passed for about 330 yds in that game. Doubled michigan's passing yards.

If that kicker hadn't kicked so amazingly that game, he wouldn't have had the opportunity to blow it.

It's true, special teams were a big reason Michigan was ahead, so it's ironic a special teams play cost them the game. Plus, Rudock totally sucked in the 2nd half for MSU. He was missing wide open receivers against an MSU secondary that had three freshmen and a safety playing corner. If Rudock would have played as well as Cook, and not forced Harbaugh into conservative play calling late in the game, it never would have come down to that final, fateful play.
