No, I am not ready to throw the baby out with the bathwater. My experience as a GM is next to nothing, so I am not qualified to critique the GM (although, I reserve the right to bitch as a fan later). Right now the GM is not kicking the Tigers ass .. it's the Royals.

oh i can guarantee.. if you take all the players on the 40 man roster of the tigers it ends up at an even 27 yrs of age... which actually makes them the youngest team in the division.

I was just looking over ESPN's MLB Roster Analysis, and I was astounded to find out that in just three short months, the Tigers went from being the youngest team in the AL Central, to being the oldest in the division and 3rd oldest in baseball.
