The good news for the Tigers is Nick Castellanos was the most improved defender in DRS from 2014 to 2015. The bad news is he started at minus-30 in 2014, so his dramatic improvement still landed him as one of the worst defenders in baseball last season. The projections expect Castellanos to land somewhere between his two seasons in 2016, and that projection has him comfortably at the bottom of the list for all players at all positions. Projected DRS (2016): minus-18
