So it all comes down to 2016 for Wieters. I predict he’ll have a career season, .320 BA/33 HR/100 RBI’s, all three of which would break Orioles single season records for a catcher. He’ll also find himself starting in his fourth All-Star appearance and setting another Orioles catcher record and through his success we’ll find ourselves excited yet cringing every time he puts one over the fence.

Wieters future with the Orioles may be uncertain (because a 1 year contract) but his ability to play the game is unwavering. It’s likely his best season with the Orioles could be his last.

I know that no one wants to think about Wieters leaving the nest but the question is, will Baltimore be able to afford to resign him?

you didn't even read it you tard,

guy projected Weiters to have the single greatest season an O's catcher has ever had, lol
Kind of like you didn't read Wieters stats that show he has been on the DL longer than you owned Breadreaux Pizza.

He could have left the nest this year idiot.. He took the qualifying offer because he knew that nobody wanted to spend big to keep him.

I sometimes wonder why you live at home with your parents and failed at being a business owner... then I see how stupid your posts are... and it all makes sense.

Seriously. How many posts has the fucktard started with "Gotta love a guy..." on this thread alone.

He's a talking meatball.

More times than Iglesias gets infield singles.

I can't believe I'm the one who gets to announce Buck Farmer got the W in today's game.

(My future failed buisness is closed today. I don't have anything better to do.)

He just googled something and linked the first article that came up, even though it discredits what he's alleging.

He did the same shit with me - he said the Giants don't use sabermetrics, then posted an article where the Giants' President was actually quoted, referring to a member of the Giants FO as "one of our Moneyball guys" and said "He does a lot of our really important analysis on player acquisitions."

But, alas, the article was titled, Moneyball Doesn't Work: See the Anti-Moneyball San Francisco Giants, so our resident talking meatball posted it without even reading it.

So. Fucking. Funny.

The best part is that despite fucking all these things up and being called out on them, he never learns from his mistakes.

Personal insults. Sure sign that Vice knows he's looking stupid. Cue the dislikes and bullshit ratings.

Career Split
Vs RHP - .279/.304/.423/.727

Vs LHP - .279/.312/.451/.763

I have never encountered anyone on the internets as eager to demonstrate their ignorance as you are. So fucking funny.

2015 splits

vs rhp - .281/.307/.468/.775
vs lhp - .215/.223/.337./.560

2014 splits

vs rhp .270/.290/.420/.710
vs lhp .226/.286/.346/.632

He sucks vs left handed pitching dude. Career split can say what it wants.. the last two years.. he can't hit or get on base vs a lefty.

LOL... and you don't call out da55bums for using Wieters as an example of a catcher that stays healthy?

I will give you credit for correctly posting those yearly splits. Buy yourself a cupcake or something.

It'll be interesting to see what happens this year. The most recent two years the LHP splits are down, but we're also only talking about 322 PAs, roughly half of his PAs against LHP, so he obviously mashed LHP in the other half.

We'll see.
