Nope, it was in like 2006 or maybe 2007 and it was in Oakland. I got the ticket stub somewhere around here still.

The coliseum is a shit hole located on a shit hole, and attendance numbers have always been an issue for them. They have to cover up the upper deck and don't even sell the tickets to keep the games from being blackouts locally.

even after covering up the upper deck they still can fit a ton of people in there though... its a stadium meant for football... any time a baseball team plays in a stadium built for football its going to be crappy... and the coliseum is old as shit too.

I'm pretty sure the coliseum was made for baseball, not football. But I could be wrong. To me it looked more like a baseball stadium than a football stadium.

They also keep the top deck covered with A's symbol's, not Raiders. And they also keep them on during the football season.

It's a terrible experience in general as far as stadiums go.
