Here is a business lesson for you...

Little Caesars franchise model is to do walk up pizzas for $5. They are not ever going to be located in a place where rent is high.

Domino's franchise model is mostly delivery based... Which means they don't need a high rent location.

Pizza Hut is the only one of the 3 that does even a remotely decent size of their their business as a sit down restaurant... and this model is being fazed out. All new Pizza Huts are being put in low rent areas and focus is being put on delivery.

Now do the math. If the entire premise of your business is to sell pizza at the lowest cost possible.. and you need to lower your expenses to do so... why would they locations be put anywhere else other than low rent store fronts?

I doubt you are ever going to see any pizza chain in a high end area... ever. For sure not Domino's or Little Caesars.

Oddly enough, the Tigers got more innings per start from their rotation than the AL average.

Tigers - 5.85 INN/GS
AL Ave - 5.84 INN/GS

I think their rotation is improved, but I'm not sure how much. Even on the high end, I'm not sure it's enough to put it above average.

Zimmerman had a 3.66 ERA and a whip of 1.20 last year for the Nationals.....of course those numbers are worse than his previous couple years - so maybe he bounces back a bit - but i gotta think whatever bounce back will not be worth nearly as much as moving to the AL and having a defense that is at best in the bottom half of the AL...we shall see though...

If Zimmerman has an ERA of 4 or above and a whip of 1.2 or above he can be considered an unmitigated disaster with that contract.
