This is only one of our many issues and you are right it is a glaring issue. Mase had the job locked and let it slip away then Neuvy had the job locked and let it slip away. With Mase having the 35th and Nuevy having the worst save Pct in the league we would need to score 6 goals per game to win.

I watched Canada vs France yesterday with Gee and Belmare trading multiple face shoves at one point and Couts and Belmare tussled for a quick second heading to their benches. Couts was on as first line center played well had a couple of really nice scoring chances but his inability to finish kept him scoreless. If he ever learns a move heading towards the net he will put up a lot more goals. Simmonds and Schenn played with Gee on the 4th line and Gee is the only one who played better than the first couple games. Koneckny played well again just not as well as the first couple that whole kid line struggled.
