i don't particularly like Couturier to be honest. but still, no.

it should get him off the 2nd PP unit though so that's good!

this is well said.
Coots has been up and down for me, I;d def like to see more growth next year.

Anyone else like to see the Flyers grab Fleury(if they don't grab Elliott who I prefer)so he could stick it to the Pens?
1-2 years max to mentor our young prospects.

Would be kind of funny but God no! The goal posts have a better save percentage then he does.

Not really. Keep him and we are set for a long time at the center position. Trade him and then we're taking a step back, plus hoping that one of our prospects will be a better 3rd line center, which isn't likely.

If he starts next season playing the way he did the last quarter of this season, then nobody in their right mind will want to trade him.
No I;m on board for keeping him, I just want to see a little more growth, He did have a great last bit of the season.

No to the flower. I enjoy it too much watching the Flyers get into his head.

Uh, not happening...Lol He is signed already for two more seasons at $5.75 million per anyway. So, how exactly would we get him? I'd rather spend half that much or less on another veteran.

I wouldn't want him anyway, not a chance in hell.

With a full year of Filppula, I think the table is set for Couturier to have a breakout year while centering the third line with a couple of constant wingers. Hopefully Schenn is one of them. The other winger could be Weise, Read, Raffl, Lindblom or literally anyone else.

Definitely surprised. I thought for sure the Rangers were going to take over with Karlsson hurting after back to back 4-1 wins.
I was really surprised at how the Rangers came out and showed very little life in the first period. The rest was Anderson playing a great game.

Yea well I hope we are too and end up beating Mcduoshebag often.
That team is stacked ,also watching McDoush play i have come to appreciate his skill. I also like Draisitl and the fact that they have the Rags goalie they sent away to keep the queen

Oh i guess it wouldn't be crazy. Im glad though because he would play like he did against us if he played for us.

Not surprised the Rags tank every year and are really built for regular season hockey

Gotta keep Couts now he finished where we wanted and he has done this in the past in order to give everyone high hopes. maybe this time he has learned to keep moving his feet so he can be relevant on the ice.
