@ericd7633 Good pick with Joffrey. I was going to grab him in one of the final three rounds if no one else noticed him.

He's been pretty efficient this year, and is still young(24), for now I'll have him back up Gortat, but given Gortat's age, I can see Joffrey sliding into that role in year 2 and 3 of this exercise.

@Shanemansj13 @tlance @WiggyRuss The reason I went with Jackson over a guy like DeRozan (an All-Star) at #24 was because I knew point guards would be at a premium. Draymond would have been my second choice there...

Draymond or Gasol would have been my choice there.

For me, the reason I think it was a reach was because of the PGs who went immediately before. In the 7 picks before yours, Lillard, Isaiah, Irving and Lowry were taken. That mini PG run surely made you feel like you had to go with that position, but there is a massive gap between Lillard, Lowry, Irving and Reggie Jackson.

But hey, you got the guy you wanted and this is your team. Who the hell cares what everyone else thinks?

Yep. Just think he's a little underrated with Andre Drummond getting all the attention in Detroit, and perhaps rightfully so.

Festus at #204. How 'bout that???

Major steal there. Quality starter capable center.

I was close to drafting him but opted for Hill because he gave me more flexibility. He's a good rebounder, although not a stellar defender. But he hits the offensive glass hard and he can hit the mid-range jumper, which is a must for my team.

I also had Ezeli, Exum and Brewer on my list of guys for my last pick. Was holding out a bit of hope that at least 1 of them might slide to my next pick, but they all went in successive order.

I know I don't have a Lebron, KD etc... But...

PG - Tony Parker
SG - Gianis Atempokunpo
SF - Nicolas Batum
PF - Chandler Wilson
C - Omer Asik

Bench

PG - Trey Burke
SG - Kevin Martin
SF -
PF/C -
C/PF - Willie Cauley-Stein

My starting unit has shooters at the 2,3, & 4 positions and all 3 can create their own shot especially Gianis as you've seen as of late... Parker is a playmaker who can both be the man or concede... Asik is a very good rim protecter and can score some... The length and speed of my 2-4 allows me to switch as well as gamble... Willie can come off the bench and continue what Asik does perhaps better... Asik has more experience which is why he gets the nod now... Burke and Martin can light it up... Not sure why you think we can't make some noise... I feel mine is one of the most versatile teams and one of the best fitting teams in this...:noidea:

I'm holding off all analysis of other teams until the draft is complete. Even though the player pool is drying out, I don't want to give away any of my perceived strengths or weaknesses to round out rosters.

He's not JJ Redick but he'll put one up... His career is .271, this year .216... But his 2pt % is .506 efg% career is .494... He's going to score efficiently, so maybe I should have said that... Batum is a career .36% from downtown and Chandler is a career .34%... Parker is a career .32%... And while I'm sure you can find better shooting, my question is are those shooters as good defensively...

Nuggets fan here...First, get his name right. It's Wilson Chandler, and I wouldn't want him playing PF coming off hip surgery let alone starting at the position. Though talented, he's always been a bit injury-prone and inconsistent. Along with Gallo, he's one of our injury-prone holdovers from the Melo trade.

Eh, my team or Milk's would absolutely wear your team out. Your Pacers squad is the worst team in the draft....

Takes talent to create an "uugh" team...

Ahhh... Wilson Chandler, not sure why I keep doing that... However, I was under the impression he was supposed to come back full strength... If we're not how can you say my guy is an injury risk yet you "like" a team who has a guy who is out the second year in a row with blood clots and a guy in Gallo that I can't remember finishing 1 season, he's always hurt... What I got was we're to assume that injuries are ignored and every player that is selected should be viewed as what they are/were last we saw them... If that isn't the case I'd like to know that now please...

the thing that is going to be tough about this is that everyone is going to vote with very different ideas of what makes a good team.
