It's just great to hear that Brandon Sutter is feeling well enough to attempt a comeback. He's got nothing left to prove and hopefully he saved his money earned to date in order not to have to work again.
He hasn't been able to walk a flight of stairs without getting winded for the past couple of years.
/ of course, neither have I![]()
BREAKING: Holland courting @puckhead for 7 year deal!!
@sbb122 when reading this.Sutter out, Suter in.
Very happy with this signing.Sutter out, Suter in.
He had a decent rookie season skating next to Patrick Kane and then was probably the victim of his own hype a little. Was wondering why he was still available.

Not breaking the bank for him is good but it's kind of a shit on the wall signing and I'm not sure why that got him a second year but like I always say with these signings, if $1.6m is fucking your cap up you have bigger problems than the $1.6m.
Had a feeling his time back in Montreal was short-lived. But is this really a win for the Red Wings?
Detroit's blue line last season before Yzerman took over was Kronwall, Mike Green, Hronek, DeKeyser, Dennis Cholowski and Nick Jensen.^ Also add as a goalie not sure what d-pairing is scarier in front of them?
Petry with Matheson
or
Petry with Holl/Chariot or Gostisbehere
Uggg I didn't look at their d-core in complete detail until now.Detroit's blue line last season before Yzerman took over was Kronwall, Mike Green, Hronek, DeKeyser, Dennis Cholowski and Nick Jensen.
Now I'm not saying what they have now is worse but if it is better it isn't by much and is almost entirely because Seider is good (maybe?). Beyond that, not much to show after 5 years of sucking.
