7-10 wins leading the way
Question: Is Bill Belichick purposefully screwing with these guys to control where they go and what they get paid? Is Bill Belichick going through a mental change about coaching and losing control of the locker room? Bob Kraft is refusing to answer questions about anything. Johnathan Kraft has become a ghost. He used to be on the practice field before the players and after they left. He's nowhere to be seen.
Simple questions: (1) Have we come to the end of the Bill Belichick era? (2)Is Bill Belichick trying to set up the future coaching staff with a transition to Matt Patricia or Steve Belichick?(3) Are Bob and Johnathan Kraft preparing for an overhaul of the New England patriots in 2023 with a $350M renovated Gillette Stadium??
I certainly don't have any answers.

I went 7-10 tough schedule, new offense, no O Coordinator.

Another weird day in Miami!I'm sticking with 4 - 7 wins.
Wishing that they do better but that didn't look like an above 500 team.
The WCO that was created by Walsh in SF was effective for Montana, and when he got Rice he was able to throw it deep when he got breakaway receiver, just as Brady did with Moss. When you draft of bring on 5'7- 5-9' receivers like Welker, Edelman, Amendola etc, the WCO( slot receivers) is the only way it will work unless they have speed like a Tyreek Hill or Scottie Miller. The only thing Josh created it was how to commit to a team, bring a crew on, and reneg on the deal last minute. At least BB had the decency to write his resignation on a paper towel.I also feel the Dink and Dunk was created by Josh for Brady aka "The System" while it worked for TB12 it may not be best suited for Mac. This of course is all speculation just makes sense to me. With all the changes "The System" might change too.
We are all aware of who created the WCO. If you are implying all Josh did was a stone cold copy and paste of that original WCO then I fully disagree. The WCO that was created by Walsh in SF was effective for Montana, and when he got Rice he was able to throw it deep when he got breakaway receiver, just as Brady did with Moss. IMO Weiss being the OC until 05 or so was responsible for setting up the "system"We are all aware of who created the WCO. If you are implying all Josh did was a stone cold copy and paste of that original WCO then I fully disagree.
Setting up maybe but are you implying Josh changed nothing in 16 years?IMO Weiss being the OC until 05 or so was responsible for setting up the "system"
I didn't say that, I think he did a very good job here, but none of them have been successful w/o Brady under center. Belichick is the Phil Jackson of the NFL., with Michael Jordan or Shaq/Kobe he was a great coach, avg or below w/o. But don't think it went to Phil's head where he had to be paid the most on the team or make all the decisions, guy blows as a GMSetting up maybe but are you implying Josh changed nothing in 16 years?
Nope. I’m sticking with 7-10 wins. Yes I was infuriated with the flatness, lack of creativity and overall preparation. But, it was the Phins and they have our number, so …Anyone care to change their vote after yesterdays lackluster performance and now Mac hurt?

We have good players, what is lacking is a clear strategy for using them. For example,
Not using the run game more, sitting Bourne until the 4Q. And yes, the OLine looks shabby, that will be a problem if they don’t game plan accordingly.
I don’t. Just having a homer moment. What makes you believe they have coaching staff to address these issues?
