Duncan was the starter most of the year. Strus only became permanent after the slump in march. And i think a big reason dunc started was due to his contract. If tyler gets the bag this summer, they not starting strus over him. Strus is making under 2 mil per yr

Well that isn’t a good reason to start Duncan over him. Herro is a much better player, Duncan probably gets traded anyway, if possible

Yeah i have a hard time seeing duncan on the team next season. Strus is not as good of a shooter but he does everything else better and much cheaper. Start Herro and sign back Oladipo then you have a bench primary of Gabe, Dipo, strus, and yurt. That is a solid 10 man rotation without including what they might do on the draft/free agency

Thoughts on Donovan Mitchell to the Heat? I stepped out and said I don’t think he’s a Heat culture guy. Can’t defend his position and is nothing but a volume shooter. Not sure how that pairs with Butler and Bam.

I’m the same way. I’m not knocking the player. He’s really good. I just value two way play and guys who share the ball. Maybe it’s because when he came to Utah they had no scoring and that’s who he became but not a huge fan of volume shooters and as an observer from afar of Heat culture I don’t think they are that type either.

He needs to be on a team where he is the only really good player at the G/SF position. Utah would have been perfect for him if Gobert wasn't so useless on offense. Also his defense is a concern
