From then on, the heat is gonna linger in your mouth with what will feel like forever. It won't be as intense as its peak, but its not gonna subside to tolerable not nearly as quick you would like. But by now, the chip as started to digest in your stomach. Your stomach will not be happy. It will be like you set a bomb off down there. You will feel like you will need to throw up or your about to blow your pants off. It will burn like hell whichever way it comes out. Plenty of people vomit. It's probably more beneficial to make yourself throw it up to at least not have to deal with it for very long.

And tips for what to have around to "help" with the heat. AVOID water. It doesn't do shit. You need thick, cold items that will coat your mouth and throat. Milk is ok, but a heavy cream is better. Ice cream and peanut butter work well too.

That might be the best arrangement yet as it removes the impasse the Lakers established with the Jazz by refusing to send two Number Ones to Ainge and the Jazz unless the trade improves the Lakers to a contender status. Now the Lakers can bend a bit and they get their Bogdo dude and they move Westbrook. Most likely to occur before the season starts, if it is going to happen.

The Knicks are the ideal partner. They have two long term deals and even though Randle is good it's clear it isn't working. Them taking Russ wipes the slate clean for them.

And it gives LA two guys who are talented yet on bad deals to add to their squad.
