What’s the point? Are they saying that the Reign have a better chance of winning than the Big Boy club? That’s sad?

Edler isn't that bad considering the minutes he plays, he's the least of my concern. It's Duchesne 2.0 I have an issue with, but because he was offensively productive last season Kingsters seem to overlook gaffe after gaffe this guy makes.

Just tonight in OT he blew it, Toews was his man and it ends up in the net. I admit being a former defenseman I am biased, I took massive pride in protecting my net, my goalie, my teammates, being punishing, borderline dirty and I got no greater thrill than shutting some hot dog down who thought he was going to score. I don't think I have seen a.worse defender since the Kings had J Blow, and I'm not being facetious. They should have moved him over the summer but again...Bowlby. I like Fiala but defense was and remains a bigger need.

He's done some great things in some areas, but the ones he hasn't addressed (size, defense - oh gee, what did I say 3 years ago?) are massive holes that are costing them games.

This team is unbelievably frustrating. With Vegas being back to Vegas, I think many of us were spot on - they will eek in as a WC or miss altogether. This is nowhere near a contender which is concerning 6 years into Blake's term.

And I agree, McClellan should be feeling the heater under his butt. Year 4 buddy, "trust the process" only goes so far. Results need to start happening.

Who is Duchesne 2.0? Durzi? I didn't see the Blackhawks game so I am assuming. I like what Durzi did last year, but he has not made any progression this year.

Listening this Wild game and it's end of the second period, 0-0 game. Kings have had 11 minutes of PP, including a major, and they've done nothing with it. Daryll Evans said with the last PP, the Kings officially have the most PPs in the league at 65. They've been on the PP the most in the league, and they can't do anything with those opportunities.

Really hard team to figure out. Watching "The Hockey Guy" on youtube, and he said same thing. He can't think of a team that is as hard to figure out.

I think part of the reason the Kings get so many power plays is other teams are willing to take the chances that can lead to penalties. More hooking, holding and such because the risk of being a man down isn’t as great.
Kings have been bad on the power play for 10+ years. (It seems)

Nice win. The hat stays.

Very nice. Quick sounds like he was standing on his head and so was Mrazek. Fiala with 1.4 on the clock is pretty wild. 3-0 homestand is not bad, and keeping the goals against low while doing it.

Quick looking for a new contract
Ooh, that’s tough. Though he still has chops, still say, trade him while he has value. And if they do sign him, it can’t be for the Stanley Cup contract.

My god they look bad tonight.

Yeah this team will do the opposite of what you think. Every time I want to give up, they take off. They won 5 in a row and kept their goals against down. Felt like maybe they were turning a corner, and bam! Give up 6 to the Flames and Quick still made a bunch of circus saves. Faust and Fox were saying "How can you have 6 goals against and your goalie is your best player". Lemieux on IR so whatever little grit they had is not in the lineup either.

And despite it all the other night, Kopitar was robbed late by Markstrom or he would've tied it 6-6 with about 20 seconds left.

I will say this, watching Fiala handle the puck is amazing. At times he look like he has the puck on a string.
