Yeah. They want to align Irving with James timeline.

He a nutcase....and James might be able to keep him in check. Might.
Kyrie doesn’t give a fuck about Lebron, his timeline, nor what the Lakers want.

He just wants to go to the highest bidder.

None of this matters if Kyrie is not willing to budge on a 4 year contract and the Lakers not offering more than 2.

It doesn’t matter for the Clippers, Mavs, or anyone else.

This loon was offended the Nets would not guarantee the 4th year and decided to blow up the fucking team.

So far, nobody else has offered 3.

That shit is poetic…lol

How do you not put out feelers to gauge interest before you make this public?

Oh, by hiring your step mommy as your agent, that’s how.

Dude is a clown.

Yeah I completely agree. Kyrie thinks he deserves a 4 year max deal. No one is doing that without some major outs. Paying him 50 million a year so he can disappear in the middle of the season to have some "me time" isn't going to fly.

Hell James Harden took a 1 year deal in part because he had to show to the Sixers, and the league, that he can be reliable. If Kyrie was serious about getting that 4 year deal he should be a model citizen right now. Demanding a trade a week before the deadline because the Nets won't give you what you want, ain't doing that.

Tim Bontemps threw out a trade that I can at least understand for the Nets. Kyrie and Simmons for Westbrook and whatever other contracts that are needed to make the deal work.

That would be the Nets admitting they took an enormous L on the Simmons deal.

That is obvious with what he is doing to his best buddy KD, who I expect to weigh in on this soon.

Meh. DFS blows and Dinwiddie is a 6th man.
All this shit is cap.

I have no clue what will happen until it actually does.

So, much misinformation.

SAS when on live TV lying.

Lakers are not trying to give him 4 years.

Brooklyn offered 3, Lakers 2 ….allegedly.

….and I pray the Clippers won’t either.

I would so much rather have Conley.

And maybe land with the Dallas Mavericks, who are prepared to not only trade for Irving, as we have reported - but are also prepared to give him a new long-term contract, according to ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith.

“I’m told (the Mavs, Suns, Lakers and Clippers) will pay him,” Smith said Saturday on NBA Countdown. “They’d give him more than Brooklyn would give him ...''

Exactly.

This guy is a moron for blowing up the Nets without a backup, plan in place.
In his head, a scary place, worst case he still makes over 20 mil this year and might not have to play again. He knows worst case he can start taking one year deals if he has to.

DFS doesn't blow. He's a solid player. The Mavs aren't going to trade him though as they need him.
8 PPG and 36% from 3 in his career. Now work in his injury history and that’s not much of an asset at all.

They did. I wonder if the Nets will learn. They traded Harden out of desperation because they felt they had to trade him. They lost the deal…bigly. They’re likely to lose the Kyrie deal if they are hell bent on getting something done in a matter of days.

Durant has already done the Dinwiddie dance and Royce O’Neal > DFS

I don’t think he sucks.

But, Royce is doing everything he can do, just better.

TJ Warren is a better scorer.

Doesnt move the needle…really.

None of the offers so far do, not even the one from my own team.

I don’t believe in trying to polish turds to win a debate…lol

The Nets are slowly turning handfuls of emeralds into handfuls of dust with their increasingly bad trades, and Kyrie holding them at gunpoint is not going to help matters. Franchise in total meltdown IMO.

I understand that but he still has enough upside to warrant not being a salary dump.

There's no way they trade Simmons and Kyrie to LA.

Maybe for both 1sts but sending Kyrie there with Ben would guarantee those picks likely being shitty
