Just to share some perspective on how the clippers have performed
I watch every single game.

You can’t just take the stats at face value without looking at the reasons WHY.

Several guys are constantly in and out of the lineup.

Players are being asked to play out of position.

T Mann and Powell are playing positions 1-3.

We don’t even bother starting a pg.

Its just one on more, every man for himself, streetball.

Powell is the 3rd best player on the roster.

Like the lakers you’re better off waiting to add another pick to an offer (28 and 30 in play this summer)

Unlike the lakers you have contracts to trade this summer so you can afford to wait
No.

They will make wholesale changes after this year.

Reggie has regressed and Wall is not the answer.

They need a big and a pg for the 2nd half of the Season.

Honestly, with the right move and health, they have a chance to get to the finals.

This is probably the last one with Paul and Kawhi.

You’re gonna laugh but I really believe it…Clip Show needs some TJ MCConnell. You need a PG who knows it’s not his job to shoot. His job is to get shots for better players.

I just meant their ammo improves as they’d have 2 firsts to move

Using that first and expiring contracts to land Conley could be the way.

Then you got the dead Wright and seconds to add another big c

But it still seems like a health and coaching issue

It’s all pointless if kawhi ain’t out there

You are right.

Im laughing my ass off.

Hell no…lol

If money isn’t a issue, just get Conley.

…..also, Rubio would work.

Actually, what I’m saying is that he’s not. He’s really playing like a team first guy. I don’t think he’s ever been that guy in his career up until this point.
I think he has adjusted his game but I think Thunder's comment that Harden has lost some athleticism and is even more a poor defender than he used to be is true.

I think Harden- offensively has made some nice adjustments and is being a very valuable player. I think part of that is he is coming up for a contract right?

Correct. He’s on a one year deal.

they lose RW's pick though

like we were saying a week or two ago---- they have to decide if they are going to operate over or under the cap.

I would posit that they should operate over the cap and trade RW- because the 30+ million they will have- less the cap holds of guys they might want to bring back- won't be worth what they can get with mini-mid level, Russ' deal, and trades.

but that depends on how much $ they are willing to spend.

No this year it’s only a 2nd and we get the better of the mavs/heat pick. Here is the craziness that is the thunder draft picks the next few years.

What happened to the 2023 Heat pick?

Did they trade it?

Meanwhile, OKC's haul of draft assets includes L.A.'s unprotected first-round picks in 2022, 2024 and 2026, along with 2021 (unprotected) and 2023 (protected) first-round selections via the Miami Heat and the option to swap picks with the Thunder in 2023 and 2025, according to the ESPN report.
