Doesn’t sound like the Buss kids have the bankrolls to be tax payers.

Lakers are worth billions.

They should sell to someone (or a group) who is able and willing to pay tax.
Lebron, Jay-Z, Dr Dre as a group

Sooooooo…

Let me make sure I have this straight…

A 6ppg rapidly declining, undersized guard , a trash as fuck 4 ppg undersized shooting guard and a kid that’s currently in the 6th grade is too high a price for a guy averaging 21 ppg that’s shooting 41% from 3?

Gonna be honest here. The Lakers might actually have a point on that specific trade. A totally unprotected pick for Bojan is a tad bit steep. Protections, sure. If we're talking the same package for Gary Trent Jr, go for it. Younger and healthier.

When the lakers are good they can easily pay the tax

These lakers are not that…

The buss family can’t absorb major losses, that does make sense

The sad reality is all this bullshit luxury tax bs has driven away family ownership to corporate ownership.

Debatable if that’s honestly a good thing either

The Lakers passed on signing Alex Caruso when they thought they were title contenders to save money.

Then they traded for Russ and have continuously passed on rumored opportunities to move him.

There is no excuse for a team with LeBron and AD to not be good.

They aren’t good because the Buss family is looking to save money and also seemingly super stingy in trades involving future draft picks.

Roc Nation is a direct competitor of Klutch Sports.

Only Klutch is like Amazon.com while Roc is like the little Hispanic dude with a cart connected to the front of his bike, that sells icees, chips and candy to the kids as they come outta school..

Let's be honest, its not a team with Lebron and AD. It a team with sometimes Lebron and sometimes AD.

Most of the time is Lebron and and a bunch of minimum guys.

I mean I get your point

But the bucks have done this

The warriors have done it

The heat did it when Lebron was on the roster

It’s a pretty standard practice

Couldn't you say the excuse is Lebron and AD just aren't that good? 2 all stars should be enough to win no matter who else is on the team. KD and Irving are doing just fine.

KD and Irving have better talent around them and shooters galore.

It doesn't matter. 2 all stars should be good enough to at least be .500 in this league

What other team with 2 all stars isn't?
