Just need to give them Irvin's number, he'll find (or be) the party...

lol

Heard a hilarious story about when the Cowboys got Deion.

Apparently, Michael Irvin had a party to welcome him.

Deion, who despite his Prime Time persona, is apparently a square when it comes to partying and nightlife...walks in and sees women, alcohol, drugs, etc. and says "Oh, I don't get down like that" and left.

So, I say Dallas, @HurricaneDij39 says Philly.

I was joking about Lebron getting traded in July.

But, the Lakers seem like they have zero fucks to give about his passive aggressive nonsense.

Dude needs to quit trying to act like a victim.

The Lakers management hasn't been great by any stretch, but Pelinka was all set to pull the trigger on the Hield trade when he was with the Kings...but Lebron pressured them into trading for Westbrook, who isn't a good fit and as an added bonus...cash strapped them, making it much more difficult to add pieces.

Yep.

This mofo acts like he's not in any way culpable.

Yes, it sucks that his team isn't good.

But, I'm not shedding any tears for him when he was the catalyst for Westbrook fiasco.

Maybe he should stop having clandestine meetings with other players.

He totally undermined Rob and Jeanie allowed it.

Now that they are no longer willing to bow to his every whim, he goes full on Victim/Martyr.

Eh

Him giving them the green light to deal him isn't the worst thing for both parties though

LeBron is culpable for sure.

Still, Laker FO should have known better. Such an obviously bad fit.

And the decisions to save money during this stretch mean to me that Lakers need new ownership.

Can’t have an owner interested in pinching pennies with LeBron and AD on the roster.

I'd be curious how much liquid assets Jeanie has to be able to handle luxury tax spending. Obviously she's worth a ton but how much of that is because of the value of the Lakers

She probably ought to sell but it's unlikely she does

I guess I don't see her like I do Chris Illitch. Who is super rich and a tight ass with a team he inherited

Clippers currently gagging against the Celtics.

But, they are the best team in the NBA, so far.

So, I’m only slightly bothered.

An they still have some ammo to make an add.

Not a lot. But enough

I think their biggest need is just another c for insurance in case of a bob injury though

Gallos contract
Vonleh
Some seconds

That’s what they got, but can land a reasonable c with that. Maybe nerlens noel

Watching the Celtics/Clippers earlier this morning a play in the 1st quarter made me scratch my head.

D. White was driving to the bucket and clocked a Clippers player in the jaw and nothing was called. How was that not an offensive foul with contact made above the shoulders?

And why is it when I DVR games from NBAtv there are black bars at the top & bottom of the screen but when I DVR games on league pass it's a full picture?

They seem to miss those kinds of calls a lot.

Since the Bev trade, our instances of flopping have decreased exponentially.

So, it's not a anti Clipper thing.

The refs just missed the call.

Agree about the refs. Still remember something Kendrick Perkins said last season about them. He said it's the worst he's even seen.

Another mindboggling call from the game last night, in the first quarter, Kawhi was called for a travel and he didn't even move his pivot foot. Just odd.
