They can't play on the road so that's a big problem actually. 1 game up on 7/8 and 1.5 up on 9th. This was just the 1st game of a 5 game road trip. They are not going to be expected to beat Atlanta, Memphis, or Dallas on the road. Houston should be a W so let's say they sneak out one of the 3 expected losses then that is 38-36.

End their season playing 3 of 4 on the road as well. This team is in deep shit if they are in the play-in game and required to win a a game or 2 on the road to make the playoffs

He shouldn’t have been playing college basketball.

Because it is a disastrously bad look for Alabama and the NCAA if he eventually is charged.

He was directly involved in a murder.

Sit him out. Teach him a lesson early about not being around people like Davis and Miles who are going to bring him down.

This shouldn’t be a let him play in case he is innocent. It is the exact opposite.

When he is completely cleared he can come back.

He was charged with nothing and doesn't appear to have violated any team rules. Therefore, no reason to suspend him. It's also a bad look to punish someone when they've done nothing wrong.

And as of now, there is no evidence that he was "directly involved in a murder". If there was he would have been arrested and charged.

He hasn’t been charged with any crime, he hasn’t specifically broken any team or league rules that I am aware of.

What Ja has done has far less impact than what Brandon Miller has done.

Is he really suspended? He's missing games he was likely already going to miss and the suspension is back dated.
