We aren’t talking about partying here.

Rumor is some guys from his posse had a laser sites from guns trained on some guys they had been arguing with as they drove by.

Ja seemingly wants to be a gangsta.
Maybe Brooks can join him. He can be the guy firing shots while being held back

Russ fixin to shock the world
Not sure if sarcastic or not but I think we actually found the type of spot where he can be successful:
1. 20-25 minutes per game
2. Not allowed to shoot outside of 5 feet
3. Pass First Russ - drive and finish/get fouled or drive and kick to the shooter

Clippers have a ton of willing shooters that can knock down looks as the defense reacts to dribble drive. If Russ is ever going to stem this tide and get back to being a successful player who helps his team with his minutes, it’s a situation like the Clippers and the recipe I laid out above that would be the stuff to make it happen.

What people forget about Russ is he had a good year in Washington and prior to covid, he was playing some of the most efficient ball of his career in Houston

Yeah none of that happening, he’s going to whip some weaklings into shape.

Just went back and looked at his last 2 months in Houston prior to covid

Jan- 32/8/8 on 52% from the field and only attempted 2 threes per game

Feb- 33/7/6 on 54% from the field and only attempted 2 threes per game

This was the best version of Russ when it comes being efficient and it is the version the clips need. Obviously not going to avg 30 but if he can give them an efficient 14-16 ppg then that's huge for them

Plus I’m only half joking, he can help toughen that bunch up.

Depends on who's expense?

To me it matters more about the shots he's going to be taking.

With the Lakers, I absolutely cringed every time he attempted a three. Even if he was wide open. He wants to be the guy that "wins it for the team". And with his shitty shooting, he won't be. Is he going to be cool deferring to PG or Kawhi?

He seemed to be getting better for his role in LA, the Clips just cannot put him in during crunch time. I would even say not even in the past 4-5 mins of any 4Q unless it is a shitshow.
