Not all those situations are the same, but I certainly agree in those situations where a woman advanced her career, then later decided she didn't like it. To be fair, maybe they never liked it but they did take the "money".

I had a position in the 89s where i had 200 women who worked for me and 69 of them were direct reports. They aged from 19-66 years. I was the shift manager on second shift and believe me, I had more than one offer a week.
