Patriots are supposedly targeting Teddy Bridgewater. We all know that there's been a lot of tampering and it appears that they preparing for the changeover.

Y’all might still be able to get him, cd. A tag and trade sitch wouldn’t shock me.

Good point. I like Thuney but not sure I'm trading anything more than a 3rd for him. The fact you have to trade and sign him to a long-term deal doesn't sound all that appealing. Great player don't get me wrong but at that point I might just go to the draft and take my chances.

Or just sign Graham Glasgow, apparently.

Works for me. He was 3rd on my list of guys I thought could actually upgrade the OL with Scherff and Thuney as the other two but both got tagged. And honestly I didn't think the contract got out of hand paying him $11 million as that only makes him the 7th highest paid RG in football and usually Free Agency is when you see contract setting deals done. I would say he falls in line with being in the top-7 RG's in football right now.

No splashes, just solid moves

Devin McCourty
Matthew Slater
Joe Thuney

Ian Rappaport said tonight that the Patriots were a third-team originally involved in the Cardinals/Texans trade but things got too rich for BB's blood and he quietly backed away. Rappaport said that no one will even hint as to what would have been their role if anything in getting Hopkins/Johnson completed.

Lions gave Jamie Collins 3 years and 30 million.

Guess they turned the tape off about halfway through the season.

I was shocked the Patriots didn't try to get in and make this trade. Could have traded their 1st and still looked like a huge winner in the trade. I'm very glad they didn't.

Well good, now we can end the speculation and move on.

This being said what is the priority #1 QB or TE in round 1?
Depends on what BB does in FA?
Also what kind of offense will they run next year?

Is there a TE worth the 23rd pick? Will there be a QB left on the board worth the 23rd pick? I’d be just fine with an OT or DT there over reaching for a “need” position.
