Did not know you like the Dawgs. That being said, Kirby Smart made a decision that backfired by keeping Fromm. Fields was the second best QB out of HS behind Lawrence. Everyone knew he was way too talented to sit on the bench. This is what elite recruits will do in today's college football. It happened to us with Joe Burrow. I still love the kid. I was happy for him to go win a Natty at LSU.

Arnold was the top QB coming out of his draft class. My point is not every great college QB translates success at the next level. I'm not sure what Fields will do at the NFL? However, to say he isn't one of the top QBs or elite at the college level is just simply laughable. And if you truly follow UGA football, ask the majority of posters here on thoop they would have rather had? From or Fields! I bet majority take Fields in a lanfslide.
