What's funny is this:

Comparing 2001 to 2004 and 2014 to - with 2005 to 2013 now makes 2005 to 2013 seem like "the lost years", years where the team was good but has nothing to show for it... Plenty of playoffs, tons of regular season wins, 2 super bowl appearances, 5 championship game appearances.

That's not the funny part. The funny part is our "lost years" would be the "golden years" for most, if not all other teams.

Are the Dolts the only NFL team to have / hang a banner like that? That shit is comical and very sad.

I was told by someone who knows a lot about these things that this banner was meant to be an insult to Robert Kraft and The Patriots for the AFCCG and the supposedly deflated balls. Problem was that the Patriots hung another World Championship Banner when they beat the Seahawks.

I guess it didn't matter that team just wasn't good enough? Had that been the 2003 Colts I might see that logic, but 14?

And they beat them 45-7, mostly in the second half, after the Colts cheated with an illegal needle on the sidelines....

If anyone is interested.....

Patriots signed OT Maqrshall Newhouse yesterday. He's expected to play at RT while Marcus Cannon recovers from an injured shoulder. He's 6'4" 319. He's played for the Panthers, Raiders, Bills, Giants and the last four years for the Packers. Solid, experienced and will add depth.

Shoo, this board is for fake football talk and bullshit. Take the real football talk elsewhere.

I bought replicas of SB LI and LIII. Just couldn't resist the set of all six. Only cost $299,000. But I think it's a safer investment than the stock market..............................

Just kiddin...........$59.95 with the wooden box.

Simple supply and demand.
Try and buy a Dolphins SB ring, that'll cost you a fortune.
Even @FlyerFinFan could not afford one of those!!!!!

Safety Obi Melifonwu is reportedly making $645,000 to remain on the practice squad, which amounts to a weekly salary of $37,941, according to ESPN's Mike Reiss.
