I disagree 100%. The Cavs and Bulls were different...the Raptors are still a playoff team and still a good team. Lowry, Gasol, Ibaka, VanVleet, OG, Powell and if Siakam emerages into a 20 ppg scorer they will be a playoff team no doubt.

Green wasn't top 4 for the Raptors.

Kawhi, Siakam, Lowry, Van Fleet....

Green was somewhere in the Ibaka, Gasol tier.

He's a solid role player. But, a guy who has never averaged over 11ppg for his career isn't irreplaceable.

They will take a step back.

BUT, with a healthy OG, they are, at worst, a first round out playoff team.

I don't see it. And this is nothing more than just my own personal opinion.

And yeah they'll probably make the playoffs but that's because the East is top heavy and the bottom three spots are wide open
