Healthy Harris, Milsap, Barton and functional Porter.

Add in the trade for Grant, who could start over either Milsap or Barton , Denver could have the best record in the NBA.

45.5 for the Raptors seems right. I expect a step back next year due to Kawhi being gone but they're still a good team and should make the playoffs and possibly win a playoff round.

They're not a good team.

They lost two of their top 4 players without anyone really replacing them.

When MJ left the championship Bulls team in 98, they went from 62 wins to 13 wins in the space of one season.

When Lebron left the cavs in 2010 they went from a 61 win team to 19 wins

I'll be highly surprised if the Raptors make it anywhere near 40 wins.
