Culver is the guy. If the Lakers pass on him I could see the Cavs taking him. All-around nice player with high ceiling

This is exactly the Lakers' dilemna, lol. Well, that and the possibility that they're trading the pick anyway. I know he's not typically in the range, but I really think Bol Bol deserves to be in this mix. I fear he's going to make people look stupid for passing on him...those abilities at that length....if only he weighed about 20-30 lbs more....

Without concern for need, I might take a flyer on Kevin Porter Jr. from USC. The kid is very talented, but maturity is a concern. He got himself suspended for a few games this season for personal conduct issues, just a couple of days after coming back from a lengthy injury.

He was USC's most talented player and was the most talented player on the floor in most of USC's games. But it didn't translate to wins for USC. A lot of that was because he was in and out of Enfield's doghouse and because of that, didn't play as much as he could have.

Another year in college would probably do him a lot of good. But if went to a team that didn't need him to produce right away, he could get a season or 2 to mature and learn.

I love his length and he played with a torn thumb ligament in his shooting hand and still performed.

Yeah the Lakers aren't exactly looking for a rookie haha.

No doubt the kid has top 3-5 talent but injuries and he only weighed in at 208. I mean he is so damn lanky and can shoot, so I guess he isn't a bang on the block type of center but the injuries would really worry me.
