I think my biggest problem with how the Parasite ended was that it seemed to be a love piece between father and son... and they glossed by the daughter...

I REALLY enjoyed the ending of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood though so I'd vote for that out of those three.

The best film I saw was Richard Jewell and it didn't even get a nomination. The Oscars stink.

The Irishman & Knives Out are the only 2 I've seen that were nominated for anything. Knives Out was great. I enjoyed The Irishman too, but Scorsese has done better in that genre.. a few times, ftm. Agree with those who've said that Pesci's performance in that was the standout.

I saw all the best picture nominees. If I could rank them:

1. Jojo Rabbit
2. Parasite
3. Joker
4. Little Women
5. Ford v. Ferrari
6. Once Upon a Time
7. The Irishman
8. 1917
9. Marriage Story

I rated all of them at least a 7 and none of them higher than a 9. There were no real standouts and no shutters. Just a bunch of okay movies. Uncut Gens wasn't a classic, but it was better than any of these besides Jojo Rabbit.

For the acting awards, I'd go:
Joaquin for Best Actor
Pitt for Best Supporting
Only saw 2/5 of Best Actress, so won't vote
ScarJo for Best Supporting
