Miss St will throw their ace on Sat, which means he
won't get adequate rest for the series. The earliest
for him would be a third game, if needed, on Wed.

I don't know who Oreg State will throw tomm. I doubt
they throw their ace. He's already been on the mound twice and stunk both times.

I don't believe Oreg St will hit the MSU ace like they have all these
other stiffs they've faced. If they do get to him early and drive him
from the mound, they'll get to Monday. If not, it'll be
Arky-MSU for the title and Arky will win it

not sure any ace on any team will stop them…as for the beavers pitching, who knows and who cares after watching their last 2 games of offensive explosions.

Good pitching will slow down good hitting. Always has and always
will. Now, I'm talking about "pitching and pitchers" not just
hard throwers. There's a big difference.

If it is ace vs ace, then the better hitters will win out. The ACES
will offset each other.

But if n ace is going against a 2nd line guy..The ace will limit the
good hitters, and the 2nd line guy on the other team, will make
the lesser hitters, better hitters.

That's what makes College Baseball such a great sport. The team is different
each and every game.
