Yeah. I was rooting for Cinderella (Washington) first and foremost.

I'm rooting for Arkansas now as I am a big Dave Van Horn fan. The guy took Nebraska to the CWS a couple times before his alma mater came calling and he departed. Dude deserves to win a CWS title.

Rob Childress at Texas A&M is another former Nebraska assistant I'd root for here.

12 titles in 28 years isn't that impressive.

Not until you consider that the next highest amount of titles was amassed by the Pac-10/Pac-12 (five), and then the Big 8/Big 12 (three). Next up were the independents & the WAC with two apiece; the WCC, Big West, Big South, and ACC all had one championship each.

And from 1990-2018 there were never more than two years in a row without an SEC team in the title game/series.
