Enough that I don't think the Sixers can win this series without him healthy and playing well.

He owns Jarrett Allen to an alarming degree. Either way they need to bring more effort and a better defensive game plan, but they need Joel for sure.

Not only that......would anyone be shocked if they were better than the team with whom they made this trade by next season?

The great Danny Ainge has had what seems like all the Nets picks for a decade and the Nets might be better than his team by next season.

Some things he's done have been more stupid or smart than weird, but there's been multiple decisions that were weird.

Probably coach the Clippers and Suns to complete the Pacific division before he retires.

Pretty crazy how 3 of the 4 home teams/higher seeds, got schooled by the roadies/lower seeds yesterday.

I wonder if that trend continues today?

I'd be cool with it if it does...because to me, the more basketball that's being played, the better from a fan's perspective, as far as I'm concerned

Keep it going. Hoop it up.

Those game 1 road wins used to matter a lot more when it was a 5 game series. With 7 it barely matters.

Maybe with some seedings it still does.
There are still tangible concerns like matchup problems, +/or lingering injury possibilities, especially the longer these series' continue.

Looks like that trend isn't happening today.....
Unlike yesterday...the home teams today could sweep the 4 games.
    (pending Jazz @ Rockets later)

Bro, I hope Sam isn't the one who will betray her for Love.

    That was harsh.

    Not a ton of action.

    But, everyone is together now.

All the chess pieces are in place.

    Arya is a fucking Savage.

Ain't no telling who all she's gonna snuff with that new weapon....lol

Did SAS just claim that the King's coaching job is something special? I understand they have an intriguing young roster, but that's putting the cart in front of the horse a bit...

Joerger just got them to their best record since their last playoff appearance and he got dumped, a 12 game improvement from the previous season. Not a lot of job security inherent in that position. Plus, Walton just had a similar young roster PLUS Lebron and couldn't put it all together. Walton may not have been to blame, but he certainly wasn't fixing things either.

The quick hire is definitely a Vlade thing. He hired Joerger 2 days after he was let go by the Grizzlies.
