According to Lakers Nation, it has been said that Magic Johnson wanted to fire both Luke Walton and Rob Pelinka. Funny because I thought Pelinka was Johnson's choice, but they are saying no and that Jeanie wouldn't let him. Honestly, Jeanie might have been better off to allowed Johnson to fire both Luke Walton and Pelinka and allowed him to finish his vision of the Lakers that would make it to the finals. Some one made some serious mistakes in the Last two years and if that was Pelinka's choice to take Tatum instead of Lonzo Ball and not sign Randle and Lopez - Then he should be fired

In addition Marco Nunez head athletic trainer has been fired. Lakers front office feels that the players after injuries took too long to recover and that the projected recovery period in each case was far less then the actual.
