The important thing to me right now is how many Heat fans have committed a gaffe during this intense topic?
Thanks for asking...been mostly deflection. some opinions have been refuted with facts.

come on in......the water's fine.

We already know when the Heat will have cap space.
At that time our young pieces will be fine attractions.
This summer will be like 09.
He's been gone for 5 years after this one and Heat still not a team he'd want to join? You think they need 7 seasons? Cavs had a roster he wanted to play with 4 years after he left.

More importantly, did any of them have it in them to admit said gaffe?

Lets exclude that we had a max player forced to retire because of blood clots.
Just stop.

Yeah, I highly doubt that.
Ya do, huh? So you think not going after stars and overpaying mediocre players is the way to build a team?

you think a team who was an expansion team in 1988-89 should be using that as an excuse a decade later (or longer)

You think Miami has had much more recent success without Wade than the cavs without Lebron?

You think the roster Miami has built since Lebron left is one he'd want to join as a FA?

My inside sources have told be that all gaffe's are being covered up by deflection.

If your inside source is Woj or Shams, I'm not impressed.

Anyone can do their jobs.

Okay let me answer all of your questions & end this debate once & for all.

1- Yes I highly doubt it (already said that though, hope you don't twist my words around again & claim I said something I didn't).

2- Overpaying mediocre players can sometimes work. Just don't ask when.

3- I think Heat fans can use any excuse they want since some Cavs fans do the same thing.

4- More recent success? What are you blathering about now? LeBron left the Cavs last year & Wade still plays for the Heat. There's no recent succees for ethier team right now because # 3 hasn't hung his Chuck Taylor's up yet.

5- Your question about LeBron joining the Heat right now is pointless since he signed a 4 years deal in LA LA Land.

Its actually a pretty impessive accomplishment.
Most teams took much longer.
Point is, @WiggyRuss was talking playoffs going back to year 1, which is assinine.
He posited the question of how many times the Heat won a playoff series without Wade- and i looked it up.

oh PLEASE the Bosh excuse?! STILL

how about- you have 83 million in cap space tied up in Ryan Anderson, Hassan Whiteside, J. Johnson, and Dion Waiters.

Chris Bosh doesnt have anything to do with spending 83M in cap space on those guys for a below .500 team in the East.

Yet it is either happening with the Lakers now or they have completely given up. Neither is a good look, really.

What's going on here, am I the only one that approves of the Lakers season?
