Yeah, the Jazz lost their starting Pg and SF.

Unless Hood/Exum take a CJ McCollum type leap, They should take a slight step back.

Look....I really like the Kings.

I think the Clippers, Nugs, Blazers, Kings,Jazz will fight it out for 6-8.

Memphis needs to resign Green and have a healthy Parsons or they drop.

The Kings have improved -- but not enough for them to land in the playoffs, in my opinion. They should compete for a playoff spot in 2018-2019 but I think this season is too early.

Thanks, I'm pretty happy about how it worked out too. I try not to get too optimistic about the future because it still is the Kings, but I like the direction they're heading in.
I'm pretty surprised the Clippers didn't just tank after the cp3 trade, they have a nice team still with guys like Blake and Gallo but I don't see how they can be close to competing with the top teams out West. I guess some teams have to fill out the bottom half of the playoff spots and the Clippers thought it'd be better to be in the mix than to go full rebuild. I like the trade for Evans at least, kinda wanted the Kings to draft him at #34.

I agree with this, there is way too many 1st and 2nd year players on this team to think they can be in the mix this season despite having guys like Hill and Z-Bo. It's way more important for them to have a shot at the #1 pick than just miss out on the playoffs/get swept as the 8th seed anyway. Get a star caliber SF in the draft and then shoot for the 2019 playoffs.
