I just don't understand the confidence.
That was more a playful reply. Objectively... I'd say Cleveland should still be the solid favorite in a series vs. the C's... mostly because the C's have not proven they can contain LeBron.
Gordon Hayward isn't getting you past the KING OF THE NBA...Lebron Raymone James. And don't forget the Cavs also have the greatest young point guard in league history who is so good that he will be the only player in history to be elected to the hall of fame while he's still playing. Add to that an All Star in Kevin Love and the best center since Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in Tristan Thompson.

I mean, do you really think that a team like that, with the greatest owner in the history of owning anything...a man who will open up his checkbook and spend anything it takes to bring another title to Cleveland is even the least bit intimidated by Gordon Fucking Hayward? :pound:

Anyone who thinks the Celtics will get anything more than the 1 win they got last season against this juggernaut of a team that is the Cavs is DELUSIONAL.

Thought some of you might be missing Wiggy. :heh:
Heh, nice.

I don't know why but I thought that was a joke when I read it earlier today.

If Gilbert continues to mess with LeBron, the Finals run could end this season.
Seems like it could turn into a hissy fit with both trying to get the final fuck you.

That's one heck of a retirement payoff...

I'd have a feeling that Cleveland wouldn't be backing Gilbert this time around if/when Lebron bolts.

I feel for the Nets. Wizards are definitely gonna match that Porter offer.

I wouldn't invest much of anything in Gay if I were a team. He's almost 31 coming off a ruptured Achilles. Track record for guys in that category is very bleak. 1 year deals, 2 years max for him. No way would I'd give him big money or 3 or more years

Give Wiggy credit, he did harp on the idea that we'd see Warriors Cavs IV this year, and I don't see anything having changed that from being the likely outcome.

I'm not. That's one the sure fire guarantees. You'd have to have some serious homer glasses (for a team not Cavs Dubs) to think your team had a chance to make the Finals.

Cavs are still prohibitive favorites, but it isn't a lock for them this year. You never know how the FO chemistry issues might trickle down and impact the team.

Although true, I'm still going to give Lebron the benefit of the doubt on that one.

YOu have to. Heyward helps the Celtics, but they are still a big move away from getting to Cleveland's level. They have the assets to make it happen if they find the right one.
