If the Lakers would trade for PG now (for very little), that pick traded to the Celtics become increasingly useless.

D'Angelo for PG and Indiana won't need a single second to think about it.

Or

Send him someplace he can win in hopes of him liking it, making All NBA and spurning the Lakers for a 5 year deal.

I don't see why Indy would do such a stupid trade. Russell isn't going to be a star in this league

With the likely selection of Fultz, I wonder where Lowry goes now.

I applaud his honesty about leaving next year but basically forcing Indy hands by eliminating 28 of 29 teams is a jerk move to say the least

Yep and it is much better than accepting whatever crap the Lakers would try to offer them this year. As much as I'm not a fan of Love, he is better than any of the players the Lakers would offer.
