That is just it though.

I think you have good young players 1-3, but I don't think you are necessarily set there. You don't have that face of the franchise superstar talent yet. Either Bogdan or Hield could easily slot as a bench scorer if you were able land an elite wing. I think if the Kings ever get good with this core, it won't be with all 3 of those guys starting.
Well Buddy is already slotted as the current 6th man with Justin Jackson starting at SF, I don't want Bogdan/Buddy/Fox in the starting lineup together long term. They could play some small ball together but that's mainly it. A MPJ at the wing next to Fox and Bogdan would be great, he could become the go to scorer they desperately need. Could Luke Doncic be that guy also? Possibly but the Kings would likely need to jump to the top 3 for a shot at drafting him.

Clippers are linked to the Bridges' at 12 and 14.

Think they will drop that far?
I could see Miles Bridges being there at the end of the lottery, but Mikal should be top 10. And the Pistons pick could reach the top 10 if they keep playing like crap.

Damn. That is amazing. According to the last sentence, the Lakers have gone 17 and -3 over their recent hot stretch. The 17 wins is impressive enough, but -3 losses is even more unlikely.
17-7 is what I thought I printed - but sometimes my key will stick, They would pretty much have to go 17-3 in their last 20 games in order to make the playoffs at this point though

But that is a huge difference and literally the thing that allows you to play the 2 at the same time. Nance and Randle more difficult to play together.
I think Kuzma has better potential for growth then Nance - He has already show considerably more than expected

Nance in his 3rd year is 8 ppg 6.8 rpg and 1.4 apg - very little improvement

Kuzma as a ROOKIE - is 15 ppg 5.9 rpg and 1.8 apg

Don't rule that out!

Kings are due to hit the lottery.

Of course. Nance will never be more than a quality role player. My point is that he is really cheap and if the Lakers don't keep Randle or sign those 2 max FAs, they may regret the deal.

They made the jump last year but picked 5th because of the swap with Philly, although it was still good to go from 8th to 5th. Would be pretty awesome for the Kings to get the #1 pick, that would make up for when they had the worst record in 2009 but got pushed back to 4th.

About time the Cavs start Hood.

They need to get him going early.

Hill, LeBron, Hood, Smith should open up the paint for some easy ones for Nance.

I think the Lakers need to resign - Randle and give him his money - He has earned it now. Personally - I would sign Isaiah Thomas - He really seems like a good fit for how the Lakers fit. My line up - If they can't do better

Lonzo Ball - G
Isaiah Thomas - G
Kyle Kuzma - F
Brandon Ingram - F
Julius Randle - C

And I think they could make the playoffs with that line up - although Paul George would really be a nice addition. I really do not want LeBron James to come to the Lakers - I don't think he fits the Lakers at all

Suns.

Ayton stays put.
I'd rather the Suns not get Ayton. Him, Booker, and Josh Jackson together might make me fear playing them again and not because I'm worried they'll out tank the Kings.

Who gets fired first...

Doc or Stan Van?

The Pistons owner needs to take his general manager powers away.

I give him a pass for that. Young kid in a 6th man role. Believe he was only 22 in his 3rd NBA season. Not going to kill him for that.

He was ok in that Spurs series. Once again though, not close to Lowry who goes MIA for an entire series. Harden had 2 really bad games which both led to losses ( Games 2 & 6) in the SPurs series. In the other 2 losses, he was great. Dropped 76 in those 2 games on about 50% shooting

I guess saying he's the same as Lowry was a bit extreme. My point was that his performance actually diminished compared to his regular season performance. That was more the point I was trying to get across.
