The tank is looking like a tall order now. Kings have come out a played a strong third quarter.
Still tied for 4th worst record if they win thanks to the Hawks winning earlier, but too close to the Nets, Magic, and Bulls. Could easily fall to 8th.

Kings choked up that 11 point 4th quarter lead, now can they finish it off?

Skal, Fox(x2), and Bogdan have each hit a game winner with under 15 seconds left....so there's that. Zbo even tried to help the tank off the bench by getting T'd up but it didn't matter.

Nance might be 1 of the few NBAers that didn't mind going to Cleveland. He grew up not too far away in Revere.

Same high school as Jeffrey Dahmer.

Kobe won an Oscar tonight. Did Jordan ever win an Oscar for Space Jam? NOPE

Kobe is the GOAT cemented. The debate is over.

Looking more and more like the Brooklyn pick will be top 5.

How will you guys feel if LBJ still leave even with a top 5 pick in a loaded draft @gordontrue @Shanemansj13 ?

Ayton/Doncic/Bagley with Clarkson, Nance and Hood if they decide on pay him, gives them......something to start to build on.

@tlance, @shopson67

Do you have Jaren Jackson and injured ass Porter ahead of Bagley?

I've looked at 3 different mocks this morning that have Bagley behind them.

Also, do you think there is a chance that Brian Bowen declares?

I have my eyes firmly fixed on Sexton or Bamba if we get that Detroit pick.

Wait so you're still with the Clippers?

It's excuses. Everyone knows it's an unwritten rule. It's called sportsmanship. You don't score unnecessarily when the game is already won.

Every sport has the same unwritten rule. In football, they go "vanilla" on offense and then into "victory formation" and take a knee. In baseball, they don't try to steal bases, pull off hit and runs, etc. in later innings with a big lead.

That "the game isn't over until the buzzer sounds" bs is just a lame excuse.

Hilarious that it's been an unwritten rule in every sport since the beginning of sports and all of the sudden it's "the game isn't over until the buzzer sounds" because folks don't like the team it happened to.

Teams virtually always dribble out the clock when there is less than 24 seconds left and the game is won. So I seriously doubt you've seen that happen more than a handful of times, if that.

And yes, they are supposed to be grown men. Grown men who know the rules both written and unwritten.

As I have said several times, what Clarkson did was wrong. But that doesn't make what Saric did right or even ok.
My opinion isn't just about the Cavs - it actually has nothing to do with it. I think it's ridiculous that you would even claim that when I've been on this same side of the argument before.

Here's a question. If it's such a "known" rule that guys MUST follow, then why is it still UNWRITTEN? Just because some people have accepted that doesn't mean everyone has to. When it becomes part of the rule book then I'll accept it as wrong when someone puts the ball in the hoop at the end of a game they're winning. Until then, I want to see them play until the buzzer sounds.

That's it for me. Countless times I've seen this guy shrink during the playoffs. If your star players have a penchant for coming up small during the most important moments, it's more than likely going to occur again.
I totally agree with you about Lowry. But I find it interesting because Harden has shrunk in the most crucial of times (with OKC AND Hou) yet some have put him in the superstar category.
