They still have his rights.

But, they couldn't agree on a multi-year.

The signing of Sean Kilpatrick to a 10-Day Contract now has the Clippers $545K below the luxury tax. The Clippers still have $538K remaining of the full-mid level exception that could be used down the road for either Tyrone Wallace or CJ Williams. The Clippers can sign either player up to 4 years. Both players are on a Two-Way Contract that will expire on June 30. Williams and Wallace will be a restricted free agent if the Clippers give a qualifying offer by June 30.
