This Rockets team is really good
I still have no faith that they'd be able to win a series vs the Warriors even with HCA, and there's not really anything they can do in the regular season that would make me think otherwise outside of injuring Steph or KD. Great team though and Harden might be the favorite to win MVP this season.

This was terrible officiating all around. Not only did they screw up the clock situation, they missed an egregious foul on DeAndre Jordan who pushed off on Gortat right in front the ref that let him get the rebound and thus the Clippers made the shot. Wizards have every right to be pissed

The way I rember it was they had the tradition positionS, but did not rely as much on them

Because Pippen was the defacto point guard. It was unconventional, but still a pretty far cry from today's positionless game.

Agreed.

Having said that, the Wizards shouldn't let themselves get in a position where 1 call matters so much against a team like the Clippers. Because, chances are you aren't getting that call on the road.

Didn't he coach Run TMC?
Yep.

I only remember because he was still there when Webber forced his way out because he was weepy that they traded Billy Owens and he was upset that Nelson wanted him to play Center.

Dude was playing small ball way back in 1993.

Break up the Lakers. lol
This guy is trying his best to do just that.

The Lakers can’t hope to stop LaVar. They can’t even contain him if they keep being so nice, as opposed to having someone – Magic Johnson is the one he might listen to – tell him to shut up already.

From Jeanie Buss on down, the Lakers are gritting their teeth, increasingly unable to endure LaVar’s ceaseless jibes:

Heisler: At least UCLA’s done with LaVar Ball; the Lakers aren’t – Orange County Register

Saw that article in the paper this morning. I think the Lakers are truly hoping that, whatever country LiAngelo and LaMelo go to play in, Lavar goes with them.

Funny thing is, he talks about trying to get Gelo and Melo to the Lakers. Unless one of them projects to be the next MJ or Lebron...something tells me the Lakers are going to want nothing to do with them. lol

Yeah, this year seems...different.

Capella, Tucker, Ariza and Paul * sometimes * are capable of playing above average defense and dear GAWD can they score.

I still think they are a LeBron away from beating the Warriors.

But, maybe not for long....

Do the Houston Rockets have a shot at LeBron James in free agency? It's not outlandish

Houston just paid Harden a boatload of cash....I can't imagine they'd have enough to offer James. And if they found a way to get rid of contracts.....the bench would be D-Leaguer's and over the hill vets looking for a ring.

James is still most likely headed to the Lakers.

The Lakers would have to gut the roster as well just to add 2 max guys and nobody that you'd have left is near the caliber player of Harden or CP3.

I honestly don't think LeBron will come unless you get two other guys as well.

Lonzo, Ingram, Cousins, LeBron, Kuzma is not beating the Warriors.

Plus, with the Season LeBron is having, he's not ready to go into savvy vet to teach the kids mode.

Had his game regressed this year, yeah.

Playing at this level?

I don't see it.
