now we lose our QB that the 49ers wanted. now we will reach with Lynch or some other QB. Oh yeah no chance at landing one of the top 2 OL. This win killed us. Pointless win. If we take Cook I might flip out. That guy is so over rated. most have him rated in the 2nd rd now. He looked lost in that bowl game against a good team. At #5 we had a shot at Geoff, Stanley, Bosa or one of the other top 5 players. Picking 7th doesn't suck but we now have to our back up pick in the draft. Who will that be know one knows but it wouldn't shock me if they screw this pick up.

I found this little tidbit while reading a Maiocco piece this morning

A source indicated to CSNBayArea.com recently that Baalke was not inclined to select Cal quarterback Jared Goff or Memphis’ Paxton Lynch with a high first-round pick. Now, it only figures the new coach’s opinion will be the only voice that matters when it comes to evaluating the game’s most-important position.

as much as we need a QB, we shouldn't force one. So if this is true and Baalke doesn't think these guys are worth #7 overall, pass.

we need passing skills first and foremost, so who knows on our new HC? if it is Sean Payton, you get the feeling he'll be ok with Goff.

I don't see the titans passing on Laremy Tunsil because Mariota took a beating this year. Then i don't see the browns passing on Bosa if he is there.
