Liked the way Anderson played yesterday and think he has a real chance versus Stan. Fed is still cruising and getting some breaks in this tourney with many of the lefties and big topspinners going out. Lopez is the last one I believe. Cilic is heating up again. Quality tennis for sure.

The Womens tennis continues to be brutal. Lisicki must have had close to 100 errors against Halep who is pretty much toast for this tourney. Wont bother watching Venus laying down for Serena. Maybe watch the finals and that's it.

As a player I would much rather play on Armstrong or Grandstand rather than Ashe. The atmosphere on those 2 courts is incredible because the fans are right on top of you. Ashe is so fucking big that it is hard to feel energy in there

Damn good day of tennis today. Every match went the distance except Djokovic/Lopez and that was decided in a 4th set tiebreak.

Pretty easy to turn your tv. I'm not one big on pre game/pre match shows.

Instead of bitching about it, pretty fucking easy to watch something else until the match starts.

And just for the record the only matches going on are not on tv courts and they're boy matches. What channel has ever shown junior matches at a Grand Slam? You make zero sense

They can show replay of those interesting matches that were played on other no name courts that we conveniently missed because Mac and Co had to have stupid airtime. And for the record I had the volume turned down all the way.

Why would they show replay of matches when it is not a rain delay? You hate the Williams sisters for whatever reason and is talking out of you're ass I've never seen any network show replays of another match unless it is an extensive delay. It was roughly a half hour. It is no big deal. You're making a big stink out of it because you hate the Williams sister. It is reallly not a big deal

Cilic just seems better at moving, he made some nice side to side running shots.

He also showed toughness by coming up with the big serves.

Venus - Serena:

Whenever either had 2nd serves, they'd usually lose the points.

But when they had 1st serves, they were both good and hit a lot of winners.

Serena struggled serving in the 2nd set, and Venus won 6-1.

Serena got an early break in the 3rd, and Venus couldn't break her back.

The intro before the gas-fed match was lame and laughable. Why do they have to make it sound like a trailer of a movie?? Only in the US!

The huge loop Gasquet has on the forehand is killing him.

Fed is taking the ball even earlier than usual, and Gasquet will not be able to make a dent.

Not sure what he got left for Stan though. It is likely to be in the day session on Wednesday and it is supposed to be in the low 90's on that day.

Honestly, anybody who didn't predict some sort of rub-out for the Swiss duo hadn't been watching.

But up here, TSN with all of it's 5 fucking channels managed to get disconnected from cable company info board on PVRs used for programming and I missed most of both matches.
